Carlos M. and friend
Carlos has spent a lot of time this Spring communing with a little bird outside my kitchen window.
The bird chirps at Carlos and he answers back with sweet little meows.
I wonder what it is they talk about. Probably some hot neighborhood gossip.

then again, carlos looks like a plush toy, so they're a great match.

Bird: I am but you can't catch me.
Carlos: I just might go out and eat you, you know.
Bird: Give it up. You are a house cat. You prefer fancy feast.
That's what I think they are saying. But that's just me.
Axl has a cat who visits him. We named her Rosie. They both smell each other through the fence and sit there with each other, saying nothing. It's like a conjugal visit through the fence. It's odd. But...whatever works for them.

I have to agree with Natalia... I think Carlos wants to eat him and the bird is taunting him through the window. Then again, it could be gossip about the smelly ferret in the next building over.
